At Embark Vet, we want you and your pet to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for you to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
